Where can I get historical intraday stock quotes? I am willing to pay for such a collection.?

I know this is a tall order, but I want the intraday historical stock market data. Ideally I would like to get quotes for the whole exchange, going back as many years as possible. I would like the sampling to be at 1 minute intervals, though lower would be better. ANY information would be helpful thanks.
